Indiantown Non-Profit Housing, Inc. (INPHI) is the Weatherization Program provider for Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Palm Beach counties in Florida. We have recently received an additional allocation of over $ 5 million to serve residents of our communities.

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is funded annually by the US Department of Energy through the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity. Its goal is to reduce  energy costs for qualifying families by making improvements which will increase their  home’s energy efficiency.
